All aboard the Serenity! Except Wash… a moment of silence for our dear Hoban… Right, well, we’re all starvin’ so let’s get to cookin’! This recipe is simple, really! Gather ’round, browncoats, it may easy, but we’ve gotta get this ship moving soon.
Ingredients:
A slab of boneless chicken breast
Your favorite curry sauce
Pepper
That’s it. That’s all you need. Simple enough?
Directions:
1. Defrost your chicken. You can use a microwave or put the chicken in a bag, zip it up and put it in a bowl with cold water. It takes a lot longer, but it still works just the same. Come back as soon as you’re chicken is defrosted.
2. See the left? That’s what it should look like all defrosted. Then you chop it up into bite-size chunks (that’s on the right, there).
3. Next turn on the stove, get yourself a pan or skillet. It’s up to you if you want to spray, use oil, butter, or if you just want to barenaked fry it. Mr Reynolds used PAM spray, you’ll notice below.
4. Next, make sure the pan is hot enough and toss in your chicken chunks. Make sure you keep an eye on your chicken. Nobody likes burnt meat.
5. You can see it doesn’t take too long. Next step, add some pepper!
6. Stir it up a little before putting the final touches on this little pieces of bliss. We used a beautiful Thai Curry, delicious.
Excuse the filthy mess on the stove. But there you have it. Easy chunks of curry chicken! Grab yourself a bowl!
